Under his leadership, he has supported Large Enterprises achieve significantly better bottom lines by making smarter investments, profitable partnerships, and business decisions.
As a people whisperer, it became clear to him early that high performance is directly dependent on soft skills and network building. He believes in the value of formal and informal networking relationships, which always results in business and personal growth. He also believes being a Mentee and a Mentor are activities that help any professional close skills gaps effectively and develop new ones, like active listening and self-learning.
