Hassen is a thriving leader at T-Mobile USA. His team’s mission is to creatively disrupt the TELCOM Operations while staying customer obsessed and financially responsible. Under his leadership, the team created successful programs and innovative products by making bold decisions, healthy partnerships and balanced investments.
As a people listener, Hassen believes that a high performing team is not only a sum of skill sets, but also more importantly a group of people with diverse potentials. The group will always thrive and succeed when leaders trust them, celebrate their uniqueness and care for their growth. He also believes that growth and tangible results can be accelerated when mentorship activities exist. Both Mentee and Mentor will be engaged in serving a common goal.
Hassen’s interpersonal skills and diverse background – especially his experience living and working in three different continents, allow him to understand and facilitate career transitions. Some of his notable experiences include building a large team from the ground up and leading bold projects to success, requiring effective communication between Onshore and Offshore teams. As a caring leader, Hassen believes most success is enabled through emotional intelligence, trust and strong belief in our ability to grow.
